Chemours is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join our growing Global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Team. This position is based in Gijón, Asturias, Spain and reports directly to the HRIS Manager.
The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting and continuously improving Chemours' global HR technology landscape, with a strong focus on Workday. This position provides support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across the organization while contributing to system enhancements, compliance activities, testing, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle and provides opportunities to work with global stakeholders, support strategic HR technology initiatives, and contribute to the future development of Workday and other digital HR solutions.
