The Chemours Company in Gijón, Spain is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our global HR technology landscape with a strong focus on Workday. You will assist employees, managers, and HR stakeholders, drive documentation, testing, and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvements across the HRIS portfolio.

You will collaborate with global teams to support HR technology initiatives, data integrity, and compliance while contributing to future AI-enabled HR solutions.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/IS/BA.
  • Minimum 2 years HRIS experience, preferably Workday.
  • Experience supporting end users and HRIS issues.
  • Experience documenting HR systems and user guides.
  • SharePoint administration or content management experience.
  • Knowledge of HR audits, compliance, and year-end activities.
  • Workday testing, configuration changes, or enhancements experience.
  • Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
  • Fluent English communications (written & spoken).
  • Customer-service orientation and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

  • Serve as first point of contact for Workday support and HRIS issues.
  • Maintain QRGs, process documents, and HRIS knowledge materials.
  • Manage HRIS content within SharePoint.
  • Support year-end HR processes, compliance, audits, and reporting.
  • Perform testing for Workday enhancements and changes, document results.
  • Support HRIS projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Analyze recurring issues and suggest improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders across EMEA and NA.
  • Support future AI-enabled HR technology initiatives.

Chemours is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join our growing Global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Team. This position is based in Gijón, Asturias, Spain and reports directly to the HRIS Manager.

Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting and continuously improving Chemours' global HR technology landscape, with a strong focus on Workday. This position provides support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across the organization while contributing to system enhancements, compliance activities, testing, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle and provides opportunities to work with global stakeholders, support strategic HR technology initiatives, and contribute to the future development of Workday and other digital HR solutions.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Workday support requests and resolve day-to-day HRIS issues.
  • Maintain, update, and improve Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), process documents, and HRIS knowledge materials.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS-related content within SharePoint.
  • Support year-end HR processes, compliance activities, audits, and HR reporting requirements.
  • Perform testing activities for Workday enhancements, updates, and configuration changes while documenting test results.
  • Support HRIS projects, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR data integrity, accuracy, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Analyze recurring issues and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders across EMEA and North America.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including future AI-enabled HR technology solutions.
The Following Is Required For This Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of HRIS experience, preferably supporting Workday.
  • Experience supporting end users and resolving HRIS-related issues.
  • Experience developing and maintaining HR system documentation and user guides.
  • Experience with SharePoint administration or content management.
  • Knowledge of HR audits, compliance processes, HR reporting, and year-end activities.
  • Experience supporting Workday testing activities, configuration changes, or system enhancements.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and stakeholder management capability.
The Following Is Preferred For This Role
  • Experience working within a global HRIS or Workday support team.
  • Workday certification or formal Workday training.
  • Experience supporting HR system projects and implementations.
  • Experience working within multinational organisations.
  • Knowledge of HR data governance and data quality processes.

Additional information
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Hybrid working model based in Gijón, Asturias, Spain.
  • Typical working pattern includes up to two work-from-home days per week.
  • 40-hour work week.
  • No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship available.
  • Candidates should reside within commuting distance of Asturias. Internal candidates are invited to apply as long as they are based in Europe where they can work from a Chemours-office.
