Job summary

Six Senses Ibiza invites applications for a Human Resources Trainee role to support Recruitment, onboarding and daily HR operations while upholding our wellness, hospitality and sustainability values.

The position runs for a minimum of six months and includes shared accommodation, two days off per week, internship allowance, locker access, and access to Mission Wellness activities on the island.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or hold a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and hotels is advantageous.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: post vacancies, screen resumes, coordinate interviews.
• Assist onboarding and orientations for new hosts.
• Provide administrative HR support and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and labor laws.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and analyze turnover metrics.
• Address employee grievances and update records.
• Coordinate payroll preparation with external company.
