Six Senses Ibiza invites applications for a Finance Trainee position. This hands-on internship offers exposure to accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, audit support, and cost-control insights within a luxury hotel environment.

You will work closely with the finance team, learn industry-specific practices, and participate in training sessions while benefiting from shared accommodation and the mission wellness program on the island.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or has a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Strong numerical ability with data analysis skills.
• Experience with financial software and Excel; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processing.
• Support preparation of financial reports including income statements and cash flow statements.
• Aid internal and external audits with documentation and explanations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial information.
• Participate in training sessions to develop financial skills.
