WPP Production is seeking a skilled photo retoucher to join our hybrid on-site team in Madrid. You will independently execute advanced image retouching, maintain file naming, and ensure client standards across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with art, production and creative teams, adapt assets to various formats, and support timely delivery. The role offers growth, a permanent contract after a six-month trial, and international collaboration.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in photo retouching.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with image editing (academic, personal, or professional).
• Knowledge of AI-based tools is valued.
• Strong attention to detail and high visual quality.
• Ability to interpret visual guidelines and collaborate within a team.
• Proactivity, organization, and task autonomy.
• High level of English for international references and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently execute advanced image retouching and editing, following the visual standards established by each client.
• Maintain consistent file naming, structure, and storage to ensure smooth team workflows.
• Participate in quality control reviews, identifying and correcting issues before final delivery.
• Adapt visual assets to different formats, platforms, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with the art, production, and creative teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met on time.

REQUIREMENTS

• +2-3 years of experience in photo retouching
• Proficiency in Photoshop and experience with complementary Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Demonstrable previous experience in photo retouching or image editing (academic, personal, or professional).
• Knowledge of AI-based tools will be especially valued.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sensitivity to visual quality.
• Ability to interpret visual guidelines, contribute with personal criteria, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proactivity, strong organizational skills, and autonomy in task management.
• High level of English, enabling you to work with international references, feedback, and documentation.
