HR SSC Advisor
Ebury Malaga or Leon Office - Hybrid : 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week
Due to phenomenal growth and ongoing expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR Shared Services team. This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for day-to-day HR operations globally, reporting directly to our HR Shared Services Manager based in Malaga.
The HR SSC Advisor will be responsible for all HR day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and compliant HR services across the organization.
What you’ll do
- Offers and Contracts : Ensure contracts and addendums are accurately prepared, sent out, and kept up to date with local legislation. Verify that all required documentation is requested and maintained.
- Ticketing system : Ensure timely responses and provide effective solutions to requests from employees, people partners, and staff from other departments. These requests may include generating reports, answering inquiries, or updating their information.
- Reporting and Escalation : Report regularly to the Head of HRSSC on all staffing issues and promptly elevate any high-risk matters to the Head of HR as appropriate.
- HR Data Management : Ensure all employee data changes and absences are accurately recorded and maintained within the HR system.
- Global Mobility : Manage and track all staff movements related to global mobility, including contracts and tax considerations, in collaboration with our HR People Partnering team. Keep relevant departments informed of all movements.
- Employee Documentation Compliance : Conduct regular documentation audits to ensure full compliance with local practices and legislation.
- Background Screening : Support the mitigation of background screening reports.
- Audits and Authorities : Respond to requests from local authorities and provide support for internal and external audits.
What you’ll need
- Experience : 1 year of experience in Human Resources with advisory responsibilities or administrative expertise in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Responsiveness & Organization : Highly responsive, organized, and results‑oriented, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Communication : Excellent communicator with highly developed written and interpersonal skills in English.
- Adaptability : Flexible, resourceful, and highly adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
- Initiative & Teamwork : Works effectively on own initiative, demonstrates a proactive approach, and is a strong team player.
