As an HR Shared Services Specialist for Iberia, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every employee and manager across the region experiences exceptional HR support. You’ll work within our collaborative HR Shared Services team, providing accurate, timely, and people-centered service while helping streamline processes and enhance employee experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys balancing operational precision with genuine service impact.
Temporary position with an 8-month contract.
Your Role
In this position, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR service-related queries, supporting employees, managers, and HR partners.
- Manage all HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding.
- Coordinate employment changes, salary updates, and terminations with our external payroll provider.
- Prepare employment-related documentation (annual compensation review, annexes, additional clauses, individual agreements).
- Maintain HR master data in SAP SuccessFactors and other platforms, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provides highly responsive HR advice and service delivery related to labor law, international HR management (Visa/ Work Permit and Relocation) and current HR policies and practices.
- Oversee time and attendance management, social benefits, and personnel records.
- Support onboarding programs, including induction training, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Corporate HR to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to HR projects and process documentation, helping continuously improve service delivery.
- Support local training administration (WeLearn platform) and compliance tracking.
- Owns administration of employee lifecycle events (e.g. Marriage, Birth, Years of Service) as well as any type of organizational / employment contract changes.
Additional Tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Administration a/o coordination of apprentices and graduate program.
- Collaboration with the occupational risk prevention area.
- Contribution to our operational health management related events and activities.
- Other tasks as per HR Shared Services agenda / priority list
Your Profile
You bring:
- A university degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Around 2+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Personnel Administration within an international or customer-focused environment.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law, social security, and payroll processes.
- Strong command of HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office 365.
- Payroll knowledge.
- Project experience is desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
