We are looking for a motivated and proactive
to support technology transformation projects across different business areas. You will work closely with senior consultants and project teams to help employees adopt new digital tools, processes, and ways of working. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the fields of HR transformation and change management.
Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or similar fields.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of English (C1) —
able to write clear communications and present confidently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactivity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Hybrid model (2 / 3 days / week at offices located in Esplugues and 2 / 3 days / week in remote).
Assist in the design and execution of change management plans for digital and HR technology projects.
Help track stakeholders, identify impacts, and prepare risk & readiness assessments.
Support communication and engagement activities (emails, newsletters, intranet content, FAQs, posters, etc.).
Assist in managing feedback from local teams, HR, managers, and end users.
Coordinate training logistics and support the creation of training materials (presentations, one-pagers, videos, user guides).
Help maintain training trackers and follow-up with local HR and managers.
Support the delivery of live training sessions (online or in person).
Assist in preparing project documentation, meeting minutes, follow-ups, and action trackers.
Help maintain project plans, timelines, and communication calendars.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (HR, IT, Communications, external partners).
Help answer user questions through structured channels (FAQs, HR support, office hours).
Track issues and support the coordination of responses with HR and IT.
Prepare simple analytics or summaries on adoption and feedback.
