The HR Manager will lead the HR function at the logistics site in Lelystad, The Netherlands, driving people strategy and operational HR excellence.

Fluent English is essential; Spanish and/or Dutch are valued. The role requires relocation to Lelystad and a track record in transforming HR within high‑volume operations. You will partner with Operations and leadership to improve turnover, absenteeism and engagement.

Formación

• Experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner in logistics or high‑volume operations.
• Experience managing large workforces and agency staff with a proven turnover, absenteeism and productivity improvement track record.
• Experience in organisational transformation and change management is highly desirable.
• Fluent English is essential; Spanish and/or Dutch valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site HR team and act as HR Business Partner for Operations.
• Collaborate with Workforce Planning to ensure effective workforce planning.
• Design and implement initiatives to reduce turnover and absenteeism; improve engagement and productivity.
• Maintain a strong on-site HR presence and advise managers on people issues.
• Lead HR transformation and continuous improvement projects.
