Thales Alenia Space, a joint venture between Thales and Leonardo, is seeking an HR Generalist Trainee to join the Young Talent Program in Madrid. This role offers hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, collaborating with managers and HR professionals in a dynamic, international environment.

You will learn through responsibilities in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement, while developing a solid foundation in Human Resources

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration or Law is required.
• Master's degree is a plus for the candidate.
• Strong English language skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes and partner with managers to understand hiring needs.
• Participate in learning and development activities; coordinate training and development plans.
• Contribute to talent management initiatives and HR projects across the lifecycle.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts.

We are looking for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to key HR initiatives while developing a solid foundation in Human Resources.

This program is designed to build future HR professionals through meaningful responsibilities, continuous learning, and direct exposure to business challenges.

Talent Acquisition

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes
• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs
• Publish job offers and manage candidate sourcing
• Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates
• Participate in hiring and selection processes

Learning & Development

• Identify training needs across the organization
• Coordinate and monitor training activities
• Support the implementation of development plans
• Ensure training records and tracking are properly maintained

Talent Management & HR Projects

• Contribute to talent development initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle
• Support performance and development processes
• Analyze HR data and monitor key people metrics
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Support employee engagement activities and internal events
• Contribute to internal communication initiatives
• Help foster a positive employee experience and company culture
• Collaborate on wellbeing and employer branding actions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• Previous internship or experience in HR is valued
• High level of English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
