Eterniti is seeking a part-time People Director to join our Barcelona team. You will partner with the CEO and COO to protect and grow our culture, lead recruitment, and drive HR analytics across multiple entities.

This role combines strategic HRBP with hands-on execution in a fast-growing startup environment. The position is based in Barcelona, 20–24 hours per week (50–60%), with Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the office and some remote work.

Formación

• 5+ years senior HR/People experience across several entities or countries.
• Startup-scale experience with a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic HRBP with hands-on, get-things-done approach.
• Strong in data, dashboards and KPIs; comfortable with digital tools.
• Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a plus; EU work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure HR monitoring and compliance.
• Be accountable for OKRs process with Chief of Staff.
• Run annual employee survey and propose an HR plan.
• Own and monitor people dashboards; steer performance across destinations.
• Prepare the people slides for board meetings.
• Guard the group culture; lead HR and internal communications projects.
• Oversee recruitment and training; onboardings/offboardings.
• Deliver training sessions; coach and mentor managers.

We are looking for a talented part‑time People Director (50-60%) to join our dynamic team, at our Barcelona office. In this role, you will be exposed to an international group spanning various business units, where your ability to protect and nurture our culture and to excel at recruitment will be absolutely key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner for all companies in the group
• Ensure HR monitoring and compliance
• Be accountable for the OKRs process, together with our Chief of Staff
• Run the annual employee survey and propose an annual HR plan based on the results
• Own, monitor and act on the people dashboards to steer performance across destinations
• Prepare the people slides for our board meetings

Culture, communication & engagement

• Be the guardian of our group's culture
• Lead HR and internal communication projects (internal newsletters, AI trainings, Learning & Development, etc.)
• Organise and host our annual offsite for the Eterniti and Emerald Stay team

Talent acquisition & development

• Oversee recruitment and training
• Participate in team members' onboardings and offboardings
• Deliver individual training sessions (e.g. presentation or communication skills)
• Help managers develop their coaching and mentoring skills

Team management, entities & tools

• Manage two HR team members
• Complete the HR integration with the Jewels (acquired companies)
• Handle key individual HR matters and HR situations that escalat
• Be accountable for our HR tools: JazzHR and Skello

Key Information

• Employment start: as soon as possible
• Reporting to the CEO (Maxime Friess) and COO (Laurent Lacourt)
• Position based in Barcelona
• Occasional travel across our entities and destinations, as needed
• Permanent contract (indefinite Spanish contract)
• Part-time position: 20 to 24 hours / week (i.e 50-60%). Workdays will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays (at the office), plus another half-day or weekday to be confirmed (home office possible)
• The application journey has 5 key steps:
  • Step 1: screening call for selected candidates
  • Step 2: case study
  • Step 3: video interview with our Chief People Officer and our HR Manager
  • Step 4: video interview with our COO
  • Step 5: video interview with our CEO
  • Step 6: references check.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if…

• You have solid senior HR / People experience, ideally across several entities or countries: at least 5 years
• You are an entrepreneur at heart and have prior experience at a fast-growing startup – we expect you to be proactive and constructive at all times; you thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• You combine strategic HR business partnering with a hands‑on, get‑things‑done approach
• You are a natural people leader who builds trust and handles confidential matters with discretion
• You have a good working knowledge of labour and employment frameworks (France and Spain a plus)
• You are comfortable steering with data, dashboards and KPIs, and strong with digital tools
• You speak (and write) French and English fluently; Spanish is a plus
• You can work in the EU without visa sponsorship
