HR Strategy & Business Partnership
  • Partner with managers to understand business priorities and provide HR solutions that enable performance and growth.
  • Coach and support leaders on all people-related matters, including development, change management, and team performance.
  • Champion an engaging and inclusive employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle
HR Operations & Employee Relations
  • Act as the primary HR contact for our Iberian teams, building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Manage employee relations matters with fairness and discretion, including investigations, performance issues, and exit processes.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Lead and support recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers, ensuring we attract and select the right talent.
  • Performance & Talent Development
  • Coordinate and monitor the performance review process, ensuring timely completion and meaningful outcomes.
  • Identify training needs and implement initiatives to close skill gaps, foster career development, and build high-performing teams.
  • Support managers in developing their leadership capabilities through coaching and mentoring.
Compliance & HR Policy
  • Draft, update, and roll out HR policies and procedures that are practical, relevant, and aligned with our values.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
