A leading research institute in Getafe, Spain is seeking a Human Resources support specialist to manage employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields and at least 6 years of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced English are required. The position offers a permanent contract and a commitment to diversity and equal opportunities.

Contrato indefinido con cargo a la tasa de reposición para 2025 autorizada por la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda y Empleo de la Comunidad de Madrid.
Permanent contract under the 2025 replacement rate authorised by the Department of Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madrid.
