ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist (Temporary, until September 2026) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential HR administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day HR processes.

You will be part of our newly established Global Business Services Center , supporting HR operations primarily for Spain , and partially for Portugal and Italy. You will help ensure compliance with local regulations while contributing to the continuous improvement of HR service quality and efficiency.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain accurate employee master data in our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (e.g., hires, changes, exits), including preparing all related HR documentation (contracts, confirmations, reference letters, work permits, etc.).
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to their employment, ensuring excellent customer service and timely support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (employees, HR teams, external providers, Finance, etc.) to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements for Spain (and where applicable, Portugal and Italy) to guarantee compliance in all HR processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize HR procedures and contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow global standard procedures, ensuring cross-country backup and peer checks, highlighting issues and identifying key trends.
  • Participate in internal projects related to the implementation of new HR tools or processes.
ABOUT YOU
  • Experience with SAP HCM or other HR systems is an advantage.
  • Interest in working in a project-driven environment and contributing to HR transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Analytical, proactive, and adaptable mindset with strong communication and customer service skills.
LANGUAGES
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Portuguese or Italian are a plus, but not mandatory.
