An international education organization in Madrid is seeking a Housing Assistant to support students in study abroad programs. This includes conducting safety inspections and helping students with housing-related issues. The ideal candidate has training in Hospitality Management, strong communication skills in Spanish and English, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, temporary position from January to July.

Formación

• Desirable professional training in Hospitality Management or Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior in technical fields.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Overview

We help young people participate in high-quality international exchange and study abroad programs that bring the world together. CIEE operates the largest nonprofit network of study abroad locations, with facilities and staff in almost 30 countries. The Housing Assistant is responsible for providing support to all aspects of housing for students participating in study abroad programs. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all housing meets CIEE protocols and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Desirable professional training in Hospitality Management or Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior in technical fields.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Spanish and English. Catalan would be a plus!
• Strong computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

Contract Details

• Fulltime job, with Friday afternoons off.
• This contract is temporary from January 7th to July 31st.
