Savills Spain seeks an Associate Director for the Hotels Capital Markets team in Madrid. You will lead hotel investment transactions, build client pipelines and coordinate cross-border mandates with Savills' international network.

The role requires 8+ years in Real Estate/Hotels/M&A/Court finance with strong financial modelling and excellent communication to advise investors and developers across Iberia. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate, Hotels, M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Private Equity.

• Lead and participate in the execution of hotel investment transactions, including the sale and acquisition of hotels and portfolios.
