• Fluency in German and excellent English (both written and spoken).
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and chat platforms.
• Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently.
• Flexibility to work with different systems, processes, and clients.
• Travel industry experience preferred, but not essential.

We’re looking for a Hotel Booking Agent to join our team where you’ll help travellers discover and book unique accommodations, offering expert guidance and top-tier service.

What’s your Mission?

• Customer Delight : Convert new users into loyal customers, resolve issues swiftly, and anticipate customer needs.
• Expert Support : Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing hotel recommendations, booking assistance, and technical support.
• Efficient Operations : Maintain timely communication, accurately input data, and adhere to processes.
• Brand Ambassador : Represent CPM and the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Language Skills : Fluency in German and excellent English (written and spoken).

Benefits

Your Benefits Package :

• Start Date : ASAP
• Hours : 39h / week
• Work Schedule : Monday to Friday between 9 : 00 am & 6 : 00 pm
• Salary : €20.000-22000 gross per year
• Holidays : 24 calendar days / 2 accrued days per month
• Work Model : Hybrid (6 days per month at the office)
• Training : 2 weeks of training, Monday to Friday between 9 : 00 am & 6 : 00 pm
• Office Location : Barcelona (La Sagrera)
