The Hospitality Manager will oversee and elevate the guest experience across our villas, heritage homes, and hospitality-driven projects. You will be responsible for day-to‑day operations, property readiness, team coordination, and delivering the signature Jessica Bataille experience—warm, authentic, elegant, and deeply human.
Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Operations
- Own and design the full guest experience in our villas and Heritage Residences.
- Ensure each property is impeccably prepared: housekeeping, amenities, styling, maintenance checks.
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, and guest communication with a high level of service.
Hospitality Systems & Standards
- Implement and maintain operational protocols and JB hospitality standards.
- Coordinate external teams (cleaning, gardening, maintenance, technicians).
Lifestyle & Concierge Services
- Manage bespoke services such as wellness sessions, private chefs, curated activities, and local experiences.
- Create meaningful Mediterranean experiences that reflect the JB identity.
Property Management Support
- Report incidents, coordinate repairs, and ensure quick and efficient resolution.
- Oversee inventories, linens, consumables, and styling consistency.
Communication & Community Building
- Act as the key touchpoint for guests, clients, and partners.
- Deliver warm, elegant, and thoughtful hospitality aligned with our values.
Qualifications
- Experience in premium hospitality, boutique hotels, luxury villas, or high‑end property management.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish required).
- Strong sense of aesthetics and affinity for Mediterranean design.
- Highly organized, proactive, autonomous, and detail‑oriented.
- Warm, service‑driven personality with high reliability and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams smoothly.
