Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS company redefining life sciences recruitment. As Hiring Operations Lead, you’ll design scalable workflows, build a high-performing remote team of coordinators, and prioritize speed and quality across the end-to-end hiring process.

You will master capacity planning and operational metrics to ensure research teams have the talent they need, driving data-driven decisions and measurable improvements in recruitment speed and quality.

Formación

• 2+ years in a fast-paced environment (Tech, Startup, Ops) with hiring process experience.
• Workflow specialist with experience in building structured, scalable systems.
• Ability to leverage team data to identify quality gaps and recalibrate output.
• Excellent English with cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Overhaul hiring operations by building robust, automated workflows beyond basic ATS.
• Set gold standards for candidate quality and process integrity with verification protocols.
• Monitor hiring metrics and lead calibration to improve speed and conversion.
• Design and manage headcount model forHiring Coordinators to meet demand.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of Hiring Coordinators for high performance.
• Identify pipeline risks and drive audits to resolve incidents.
