Van Cleef & Arpels boutique in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Associate to advise, sell and nurture client relationships while upholding the Maison’s selling ceremony and premium standards.

You will actively contribute to boutique turnover, develop loyalty through targeted clienteling, and participate in events to promote high‑value items and complementary products. Maintain brand visual identity and deep knowledge of jewelry and watches.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients and complete sales following the selling ceremony.
• Develop loyalty through clienteling and ongoing follow-up.
• Contribute to boutique turnover and reach sales targets.
• Serve omni-channel clients for a seamless journey.
• Prepare the boutique and maintain stock visibility.
• Transmit product knowledge and brand guidelines.
