You will conduct outbound calls, uncover objectives, and tailor solutions while driving spend and upsells. Strong CRM skills and Hebrew/English fluency are essential.

The role is hybrid in Barcelona with relocation support and a path for growth through ongoing training and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Hebrew and English at C2 level.
• 2+ years sales/marketing experience.
• Independent, results-driven with minimal supervision.
• Extensive CRM experience.
• AI integration in daily workflows.

Responsabilités

• onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Understand customer objectives and offer adapted solutions.
• Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.
• Upsell and increase spend on campaigns.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database.
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily.
