A private company operating in the construction and technical services sector is currently recruiting a dedicated Tower Crane Operator for building construction projects in Palma. In this essential on-site position, you will be responsible for handling tower cranes with precision and care, playing a vital role in supporting ongoing building developments across the island while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.

Core responsibilities include:

• Operating tower cranes safely, efficiently, and accurately during all phases of building construction.
• Coordinating actively with the site production team and ground personnel to ensure smooth, continuous, and timely work processes.
• Carrying out thorough daily inspections of the crane equipment and checking critical components before starting work.
• Promptly reporting any detected anomalies, mechanical malfunctions, or maintenance needs to site supervisors.
• Strictly adhering to established health and safety protocols, load limits, and regulatory construction standards at all times.

To qualify for this position in Palma, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• A valid and official crane operator certificate (certificado de operador de grúas).
• A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle for commuting to the workplace in Palma.
• Proven familiarity with construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting procedures.
• A strong sense of responsibility, focus, and clear communication with on-site colleagues.

What this role offers:

• Full-time employment with a schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, scheduled between 8:00 and 18:00.
