Job summary

Ailin is actively seeking a technically-minded Product Manager in Madrid to own end-to-end product strategy for a healthtech platform. You will partner with engineering, design, operations and data to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions in a hybrid setup (3-4 days onsite in Madrid).

We value a strong technical background, user-centric design, and experience with AI/ML technologies. English and Spanish fluency are required, with a French preference helpful for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong technical background with product leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Experience in healthtech or healthcare is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies is valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Translate complex challenges into simple, intuitive product solutions for patients and healthcare professionals.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle - from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data to bring impactful products to life.
• Introduce and scale Agile product practices across a growing tech and product team.
• Advocate for technical excellence, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI and digital health to continuously innovate and differentiate our offering.
