We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to support a U.S.-based healthcare organization specializing in home health, hospice, and palliative care. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, focusing on high-volume hiring for clinical staff (nurses, therapists, caregivers, CNAs) as well as leadership and administrative positions. The recruiter will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and helping the organization achieve its staffing goals across multiple U.S. regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Work closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and organizational priorities.
- Source candidates proactively through job boards, databases, social media, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, certifications, availability, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and related systems.
- Support background checks, license/credential verification, and compliance for clinical roles.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting metrics, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, senior care, or high-volume environments.
- Experience hiring clinical roles (nurses, therapists, CNAs, caregivers) as well as leadership positions strongly preferred.
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work in a hybrid manner at our offices in Guadalajara, Mexico at Midtown Jalisco.
- Be a resident in Mexico or have permission to work in the country. (Mandatory)
