Job summary

Alira Health is seeking Associate Consultants to contribute to project execution and client deliverables in the healthcare consulting space. You will perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, support market research, and help prepare sections of client deliverables under guidance from senior staff.

You will also assist in business development and corporate initiatives, contribute to knowledge management and recruiting activities, and gain exposure to international teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, Engineering or Life Sciences related programs.
• 2+ years of professional experience in management consulting, life sciences/healthcare industry, or private equity.
• Availability for occasional international travel (EU).

Responsibilities

• Project Execution/Billability (80-90%): Independently performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify client issues and key learnings; supports development of deliverables and coordinates market research; presents sections of deliverables to clients.
• Business Development/Corporate Initiatives & Thought Leadership (up to 20%): Supports proposal development, recruiting, knowledge management, and understands healthcare industry concepts.
