Philips seeks a Demand Planner Intern in Lisbon for a 12-month, remunerated internship. You will create medium to long term schedules for service resources, balancing customer demand with available resources while coordinating with service engineers and managers.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or student in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, with strong MS Office and Excel skills, and fluent Portuguese and good English. Office presence required 3 days per week.

Formación

• Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar.
• Proactive, communicative, optimistic and team player with problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent Portuguese; good level of English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle exception management and balance conflicting demands in obligations, resources and demand.
• Support scheduling of Field Resources and process service orders.
• Plan maintenance activities and coordinate incidents between customers, providers, engineers and managers.
• Check Parts for planned onsite work and order them.
• Learn to use internal systems and collaborate with stakeholders.
