GE Healthcare is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Iberia team, supporting the PDx business including Contrast Media, Radiopharmaceuticals, PET products, and injectors. You will manage orders, coordinate with multiple functions, and ensure exceptional service to doctors, hospitals, and distributors.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, order management or similar customer-facing roles.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device or life sciences is valued.
• Strong customer orientation and service excellence.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for customers, distributors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the full lifecycle of customer orders from entry to delivery, invoicing and revenue collection.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites, logistics, commercial teams, and service organizations for operational excellence.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, service records, and customer data accurately.
• Support the installed base of contrast media injectors and related products.
• Handle returns, invoice queries, credit notes and other customer-facing activities professionally.
• Create reports, dashboards and operational insights to inform decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance processes, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across countries to deliver best-in-class support.
