Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for the Regional EMEA team. You will coordinate field interventions, manage logistics, and ensure fast, accurate service delivery to clients in the Hospitalet de Llobregat or Madrid offices.

The role requires 2–3 years in dispatch or logistics, fluent English and one additional major EMEA language (Spanish, Italian, German or French), and excellent organizational skills in a multicultural setting.

The Customer Service Coordinator, Workflow and IT Solutions (WITS) at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of service technicians, focusing in complex installations of Automation and Clinical IT solutions, managing logistics, and ensuring a quick and efficient service delivery to our clients.

This position is part of the Regional EMEA Customer Service, Workflow and IT Solutions team. You will report to the Senior Manager, EMEA Customer Service , WITS responsible to lead and oversee the regional Workflow & IT Solutions EMEA Customer Service team in the EMEA Region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate and prioritize field interventions in Regional EMEA team.
• Manage and track the logistics around these interventions
• Ensure the interface between clients , Installation and After-Sales Automation and Clinical IT team of Beckman Coulter EMEA

The essential requirements of the position include:

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service role, preferably in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry.
• Fluent in English and at least one of the big EMEA languages (Spanish, Italian, German or French). Additional EMEA languages are advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.
• Working onsite in one of our offices (Hospitalet de Llobregat or Madrid)

It would be a plus if you also have prior experience in the following areas:

• Proficiency in the use of dispatch software and tools (Service max, Oracle, etc.)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in other languages would be an asset.
