Responsibilities
- As Site HSE Manager: Promote coordination with CLIENT to ensure HSES KPI criteria (Project Smart Objectives) and expectations are met; monitor HSES targets for the project through KPI’s; follow the implementation of HSES training matrix and campaigns; review and arrange for the provision of HSES personal protection equipment; forecast, schedule and supervise the work of the HSES team; supervise HSES reporting and data management; ensure first‑aid and evacuation procedures are correctly carried out.
- Report immediately to the Site Manager, HO Construction Department, and HO HSE Manager in issuing incident reports.
- Review all project/site accidents; issue Safety Alerts and Lessons Learned; help review and write Project Procedures, Job Safety Analysis, and Method Statements.
- Lead HSE meetings with construction contractors and all parties; demonstrate HSE ownership and leadership, supporting incentive and discipline initiatives.
- Participate in HSE Committee and Steering Committee Meetings; issue proper presentations and data evaluation.
- Organize safety awareness campaigns; promote communication on all HSE matters (awards, incentives, inspections, audits).
- Promote the application of incentives in the project and disciplinary measures when necessary.
- As Project HSE Manager: Promote coordination with CLIENT to set HSES KPI criteria; coordinate with multi‑centers and multi‑entities for project HSE execution; pre‑qualify and evaluate subcontractors before bidding; prepare mobilization plans and cost requirements; gather legal and governmental requirements; develop Health and Safety Project Plans/ Site Plans or Project Procedures; assist the Project Manager with HSE management system implementation; follow compliance with HSES targets and SMART Objectives; implement Technip Energies HSE programs and safety management systems at sites; visit project sites and monitor conditions; propose corrective actions; lead and analyze incidents to identify negative trends; conduct internal audits; implement corrective actions to close non‑compliances.
Qualifications
- NEBOSH or local recognized HSES certification and ISO 45001/14001.
- Fluency in English.
- Solid background in industrial engineering.
