Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking a professional in Customer Account and Service Management to oversee S&S P&L, SOP exercises and business performance. You will coordinate daily operations and opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication and a proactive stance on risk awareness, integrity, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams within a permanent position.

Formación

• Experience in managing P&L and leading business performance initiatives.
• Proficiency in executing SOPs and driving offers/new business developments.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish for negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead S&S P&L, SOP exercises, Business Performance, new Business Developments and Offers
• Consolidate PSO view for securing daily operations through Plateaus, Fleet Availability monitoring, Contract. Execution and Customer Satisfaction
• Language: English and Spanish (negotiation level)
• Awareness of potential compliance risks and act with integrity as a foundation for company growth.
