Job summary

JobTalent is seeking a Lead Information Security Engineer to own incident management, threat detection, and the continuous improvement of security posture. You will lead four Security Engineers, setting priorities, guiding technical work, and maturing capabilities across SecOps.

The role blends hands-on security with people management, driving CI/CD security, CSPM monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a fully remote position with CET flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SecOps, cloud security or incident response.
• Experience leading a security team and coordinating workloads.
• 3+ years in threat analysis, SIEM investigation and incident management.
• 2+ years with CSPM tools.
• 3+ years in a cloud-based global tech company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a security team of four engineers.
• Own incident management, threat detection, and response playbooks.
• Improve SIEM accuracy, reduce noise, and strengthen email security.
• Develop security policies, guides, and standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps on cloud deployments and CI/CD.
