A rapidly growing international SaaS company is seeking a Head of Sales - Regional to lead their regional sales activities. This remote, full-time position involves managing a sales team and developing strategies to achieve sustainable growth in a competitive environment. Ideal candidates will have extensive B2B SaaS sales experience, a strong consultative sales approach, and fluency in English. Competitive salary with performance bonuses offered.

Formación

  • 5–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in technology or software-driven environments.
  • Proven record of success in outbound and enterprise/mid-market deal closing.
  • Experience building and leading teams in startups or high-growth companies.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or French is a plus.
