A dynamic educational innovation firm is seeking a Regional Head of Sales to lead and expand commercial operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role is fully remote and involves building a high-performance team and generating sales pipeline from scratch. Candidates should have over 3 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in SaaS or technology sectors, and demonstrate a proven track record in outbound sales. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and flexibility in working hours.

We are looking for a

Regional Head of Sales

to lead and expand our commercial operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

You will be responsible for opening new opportunities, leading outbound strategies, closing key deals, and building a high-performance team of Account Executives.

This is a fully commercial role—ideal for someone who enjoys generating pipeline from scratch and constantly winning new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full sales cycle in the region, from prospecting to closing.
  • Actively prospect, engage, and close strategic accounts.
  • Build scalable commercial processes: playbooks, territories, outreach cadences, and repeatable methodologies.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting in the CRM with rigor, visibility, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership, presenting progress, metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Represent Kudzu Partners as a strategic growth partner to key clients and ecosystem institutions.
Requirements
  • ~3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, consulting, technology, or high-value solutions.
  • ~ Proven track record in outbound sales and closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
  • ~ Experience leading commercial teams in startups or fast-growth environments.
  • ~ Mastery of consultative selling and solution selling.
  • ~ Fluent English (Another language spoken in EMEA is a plus).
  • ~ Fully remote position, with occasional travel for client meetings and team events.
