A quality-oriented manufacturing partner is looking for a Sales Manager Technical Textiles located in Madrid, Spain. This role involves leading a team across Morocco and Turkey to win new clients and grow sales in the technical textiles sector. Reporting to the Commercial and Operations Director in Madrid and leading directly the different Factory Account Managers based in Morocco and Turkey, the Sales Manager will have the mission of winning new customers and growing sales in the technical and medical textiles sectors.
The Sales Manager Technical Textiles will be responsible for :
Working with Logistics in Europe: check shipping plans, warehouse space, and delivery costs so that offers are realistic.
Leading the Factory Account Managers in Morocco and Turkey: set response times, review account health each week, and decide on roles & responsibilities between their team and the team in Madrid.
Accomplishing and following up on the different KPIs for the position: new customers, sales growth, timeliness agreed for the sales process, long‑term plans after client meetings, customer satisfaction surveys on service quality.
Eligibility and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA, Economics or similar).
MBA preferred.
Comfortable working with common business systems (ERP / CRM) and spreadsheets; 10+ years in international business‑to‑business sales in technical textiles or a similar field (medical / rehab, baby / safety, protective / industrial, or automotive).
~ Leadership experience, leading preferably multinational and remote teams.
~ Excellent English (any other language is a plus.)
