Scrambly is seeking a Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy and execution across the Scrambly portfolio. You will be the first product leader, defining direction, prioritising initiatives and driving measurable outcomes for users and the business.

Over time you will build and lead the product function, hiring PMs and establishing best-in-class practices, collaborating with engineering, design, data, monetisation, and leadership to deliver value at scale.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience owning complex consumer or mobile products.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels and manage ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision and long‑term strategy for Scrambly.
• Translate company goals into actionable product direction and outcomes.
• Lead product discovery, identify user problems and market opportunities, and prioritize bets.
• Own roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment across engineering, design, data, and leadership.
