Pump Dynamics in the crypto sector seeks a Head of Operations to build and lead the operational function for a regulated business at a formative growth stage. You will design scalable processes and controls, integrate compliance and risk, and ensure the organization can operate within regulatory expectations from day one.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape how the business runs, manages risk, and scales sustainably as markets evolve.

Formación

Experience owning processes, controls, or workflow improvements in a regulated environment.
Willing to relocate to Gibraltar or Spain (within 30 miles) and eligible for local regulatory approvals.
Experience in digital assets or financial services with complex operational needs.
Familiarity with AML/CTF controls and operational resilience in a regulated business.

Responsabilidades

Lead the operations function end to end, building clear processes and controls that improve efficiency, consistency, and oversight.
Design and implement operating procedures that meet regulatory and governance requirements, while working closely with Compliance, Risk, and other stakeholders to keep operations aligned with the firm's control framework.
Oversee core operational workflows and identify process gaps, turning them into structured improvements that make the business more scalable and resilient.
Provide clear management reporting on operational performance, risk points, and enhancements, while helping build an operating model that supports growth in a regulated environment.
