Allianz Technology in Barcelona is seeking a Head of Office for App1 to ensure effective coordination among global teams. You will manage strategic initiatives, drive transformation, and collaborate with executives to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of IT experience, with a strong background in strategic planning. A hybrid work model is offered along with competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for lifelong learning.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT experience, preferably at Allianz Technology.
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the App1 office team and manage strategic meetings.
• Drive change to meet targets in line with Speed-2-Value.
• Collaborate with Board Members and other stakeholders.
• Ensure communication about App1 topics in collaboration with Communications.
