Primeteka seeks a senior professional to lead and grow its mortgage advisory business for non-resident clients in Spain, with deep knowledge of the Costa del Sol market.

We require LCCI certification, native or high English, and proven leadership to open new markets, scale an established business line, and manage strategic clients and transactions.

Formación

• Experience in mortgages for non-resident clients.
• Knowledge of the Costa del Sol real estate market.
• Proven ability to develop partnerships and channels.

The business line is already established and operational. We are looking for someone with strong industry experience, commercial drive and leadership skills who can take it to the next level.

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in mortgages for non-resident clients in Spain.
• In-depth knowledge of the Costa del Sol market.
• LCCI certification.
• Native or high professional level of English.
• Strong business development and partnership-building skills.
• Experience leading or developing teams.
• Proactive, commercial and results-driven profile.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the non-resident mortgage advisory business.
• Develop new business opportunities and acquisition channels.
• Build partnerships with real estate agencies, lawyers, advisers and other key introducers.
• Manage strategic clients and mortgage transactions.
• Build and lead the team as the business continues to grow.
• We are looking for someone with a proven ability to open new markets, generate business and scale an already established business line within Primeteka.
