In this role, you will lead a team of up to 60 linguists, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the quality of language services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, extensive management experience, and a strong ability to communicate and innovate. This position emphasizes collaboration and operational excellence in supporting healthcare outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience managing large teams (40–60 reports) in language services or related industries.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaboration and team coaching.
