Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Head of Infrastructure Engineering to drive operational excellence, reliability, and scalability across our global platform. You will own the infrastructure strategy, lead platform and SRE teams, and partner with Engineering, Security, Product and Finance leaders to align investments with business goals.

This role requires proven leadership of cloud and on‑prem environments, strong CI/CD and GitOps experience, and a track record of scaling infrastructure across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure, platform, cloud, production, or SRE teams at scale.
• Expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong CI/CD and GitOps experience.
• Demonstrated SRE practices with SLOs, error budgets, incident management, postmortems, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency with monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability platforms.
• Familiarity with high-availability and disaster-recovery design.
• Track record leading infrastructure expansion across regions.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and infra costs.
• Ability operate at executive and engineering levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the global infrastructure, platform engineering, automation, and SRE strategy.
• Design and evolve a secure, scalable hybrid architecture across cloud and on-premises.
• Lead infrastructure expansion into new regions with repeatable deployment models.
• Drive automation through IaC, GitOps, CI/CD, and self-service platforms.
• Own reliability, performance, capacity, security, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Build and lead infrastructure, platform, and SRE teams.
• Review designs, challenge decisions, and guide incidents to stay close to implementation.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Product, and Finance leaders on infra investments.
