The role involves driving AI and Data strategies, leading high-performance teams, and ensuring data governance accuracy. Applicants should have a background in mathematics, statistics, or engineering coupled with finance experience. This position is integral to improving organizational efficiency through innovative data strategies.

Formación

• At least 8+ years of experience driving AI and Data strategies in banking, fintech, and/or outsourcing sectors.
• Proven ability to lead high-performance teams and align data strategy with business goals.
• Experience in data governance and delivering measurable impact through innovation.

We are searching for a Data & Analytics Leader with at least 8+ years of experience driving AI and Data strategies in banking, fintech, and / or outsourcing sectors with proven ability to lead high-performance teams, align data strategy with business goals, and deliver measurable impact through innovation and governance.

Working alongside the CEO she / he will be responsible for Data governance and its accuracy as well as the elaboration of reports to improve the efficiency of the organization, including predictive models.
