Job summary

Group-IB is seeking a senior Product leader to own the Cyber Intelligence product line, report to the Chief Product Officer, and drive strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market collaboration across regions. The role is global, with base flexibility in EMEA – APAC, and requires shaping investments and customer-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a product line and leading Product Managers.
• Ability to translate OKRs into product priorities and roadmaps.
• Strong discovery discipline and evidence-based decision making.
• Pricing, packaging, and renewal strategy ownership at product line level.
• Clear product-health metrics and learning loops.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a 2–3 year vision and 12-month roadmap for the product line.
• Set discovery agenda across the product line and define evidence standards.
• Own pricing and packaging architecture and regional adjustments.
• Directly manage Product Managers and build PM capability.
• Partner with commercial leaders to align pipeline intelligence with product decisions.
• Drive win/loss analysis and provide credible roadmaps for sales.
