Liquidity & Operations Manager

who is

passionate about bitcoin

and improving the current operational systems. Reporting to the Chief Treasury Officer, you will be taking ownership and be involved in the operations / treasury functions of Ledn.

The ideal candidate has experience in an agile startup environment or in the financial industry. This is a full-time, independent contractor role.

Responsibilities

Provide operational insights, balance snapshots, and data-driven recommendations to management team to support strategic decisions

Establish tracking mechanisms and reporting for key performance indicators (KPIs)

Review and approve transfers, both in fiat and digital assets for loan disbursements, settlement with counterparties, and intercompany transactions

Lead operational reconciliation efforts with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in the transactions reported

Controls and Audit

Own the documentation, maintenance and enhancement of internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures within the Operations team

Act as point of contact for cross-functional teams on audit and regulatory requests to ensure operational compliance with internal and external standards in place

Qualifications

Undergraduate / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required

Advanced Excel skills required (such as VlookUp, HLookUP, Pivot Tables) and experience handling large datasets

Experience in accounting (A / P, A / R and reconciliations)

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives across multiple stakeholders in a fast paced, data-driven environment
