The role emphasizes expert PowerPoint craftsmanship, precise written communication, and strong attention to detail, with prior experience as chief of staff or BizOps lead preferred.

• 4+ years as head of business operations supporting C-level executives.
• Own board decks and executive communications end to end.
• Expert PowerPoint/slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience as chief of staff or BizOps lead preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board meeting decks, executive offsite materials, all-hands presentations, strategic planning documents, QBR packages, and CEO communication drafting.
