Ethos is seeking experienced chiefs of staff to work directly with the founder to train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will leverage 4+ years of C-suite support to own board decks and executive communications end to end, delivering expert PowerPoint craftsmanship with precise written communication.

This is a fully remote, flexible role requiring 5-20 hours per week with start ASAP.

• Own and refine board decks and executive communications end to end.
• Provide expert PowerPoint slide craftsmanship and design.
• Draft clear, concise written communication for C-suite audiences.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Own board decks and executive communications end to end.
• Assist in training AI models using professional presentations and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations for core workflows (board decks, offsite materials, all-hands, strategic docs, QBR, CEO communications).
