Ryanair Engineering is expanding its base maintenance leadership across Europe. This senior role directs Base Maintenance Managers at multiple sites, delivering safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance while coordinating with CAMO and internal stakeholders.

Based at one of six European sites, the Lead role drives performance and resource management across Prestwick, Seville, Kaunas, Wrocław, Shannon and Hahn.

Formación

• Significant experience in base/heavy maintenance within a Part-145 environment.
• Proven leadership managing multi-site or distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part-145 and MOE requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all Base Maintenance Managers across the network.
• Ensure maintenance is delivered and certified per MOE and Part-145.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship across all bases.
• Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and production delivery across multiple sites.
• Ensure bases are resourced with facilities, tooling, materials, and competent personnel.
• Drive training, competency, and performance standards across all maintenance teams.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contractual and quality requirements.
• Liaise with CAMO, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on planning and defect resolution.
• Own safety performance, including risk management and occurrence reporting.
• Investigate and resolve operational, safety, and compliance issues.
• Ensure MOE and technical procedures are applied and updated.
• Provide regular reporting and escalation to the Head of Heavy Maintenance.
