Ryanair Engineering is recruiting a Technical Representative to join the Heavy Maintenance operation of Europe’s largest airline group. The role involves extensive travel across contracted MRO sites and oversight of Base Maintenance inputs for the growing 737NG, 737MAX and A320 fleets.

The successful candidate will act as the technical liaison between the MRO and Ryanair functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely return to service, with emphasis on EASA Part 145 standards and cost

Formación

• EASA Part CAMO and Part 145 knowledge required.
• Experience with Boeing 737NG/MAX and/or Airbus A320.
• Strong liaison skills between MRO, CAMO, Planning and Safety/Quality.

Responsabilidades

• Verify that work packages are accurate and timely for Base Maintenance inputs.
• Lead readiness reviews with MROs and ensure proper EASA approvals and manpower.
• Maintain oversight of quality, safety, regulatory, and Ryanair requirements.
• Act as technical liaison between MRO and Ryanair functions to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance on maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and coordinate onsite Ryanair team to support timely completion of inputs.
• Monitor progress, optimize resources, and minimize disruption to schedules.
• Manage defects, delays, and AOG events to return aircraft to service.
• Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of maintenance inputs.

Conocimientos

EASA Part 66 B1/B2 license

Boeing/Airbus type rating

MRO/Base maintenance experience

Regulatory knowledge (Part CAMO/Part 5

Contract management

MS Office proficiency
