Cascada Marbella in Marbella, Spain seeks a dedicated chef to join a beautiful, dynamic restaurant. You will craft exceptional dishes from scratch using local ingredients and a creative approach.

This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen where teamwork, discipline and innovation are valued. Fine dining experience and a Michelin-background are a plus, but commitment and a passion for cooking matter most.

Formación

• Professional culinary experience required; fine dining a plus.

• Dry-aged meats

Tasks

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients
• Develop and refine recipes with a creative, innovative approach
• Work with fermentations, dry-aging, and house-made products
• Maintain high kitchen standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Collaborate with a passionate team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
• Follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality control guidelines

Requirements

• Culinary experience (fine dining is a plus, Michelin-star background is even better)
• A strong work ethic and a passion for cooking

• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
