Electro Shiva in Spain seeks a Head Accountant to lead all accounting operations at its Fuenlabrada site. You will manage general ledger, supervise payables/receivables, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements to support strategic decisions.
You will oversee cash flow, budgets, bank reconciliations, and ensure compliance with local and international standards. Collaboration with auditors and management will drive process improvements and internal controls for growth.

The Head Accountant is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. This full-time, on-site role in Fuenlabrada includes managing general ledger activities, supervising accounts payable and receivable, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. The Head Accountant will monitor cash flow, control budgets, reconcile bank and supplier accounts, and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations. The role involves leading and mentoring the accounting team, coordinating with external auditors, and collaborating with management to provide financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations. The Head Accountant will also help improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
