Grifols in Spain seeks a Hardware Testing Analyst to plan, design, and execute hardware test activities for electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance.

You will define test plans, develop fixtures, run tests, identify root causes, and report results, with 3–5 years of hands-on verification experience and English fluency.

This permanent, hybrid role offers a flexible schedule with occasional remote work and a chance to contribute to a global healthcare leader.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering.
• Advanced level of English.
• 3–5 years in verification and validation testing.
• Experience with electromechanical systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in electrical equipment safety/medical devices is a plus.

Mission

The Hardware Testing Analyst is responsible for planning, designing, and executing hardware test activities for electronic and mechanical systems in compliance with quality management procedures. The role contributes to ensuring product reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance through rigorous testing, analysis, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on engineer with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Hands-on experience of 3-5 years in designing and executing verification and validation testing activities.
• Hands-on experiencetroubleshooting complex electromechanical systems.
• Experience can come from various industries, including healthcare, electronics, automotive, industrial equipment, or electro-mechanical products.
• Dynamic, analytical, and critical thinker with the ability to challenge development assumptions and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience with tools such as Jama and Jira is considered an asset.
• Experience with reliability testing.
• You have the ability to interpret technical documentation, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations related to electrical equipment safety, transportation, medical devices, or similar regulated industries is considered a plus.
