Job summary

Grifols, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Hardware Testing Analyst in Parets del Vallès, Spain. The role focuses on planning, designing, and executing hardware tests for electronic and mechanical systems to ensure reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance.

You will define and run test plans, analyze specifications, design fixtures, and generate reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English required.
• 3–5 years in verification and validation testing.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex electromechanical systems.
• Experience across healthcare, electronics, automotive, or industrial equipment sectors.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and identify improvements.
• Familiarity with Jama and Jira is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment safety/regulations is advantageous.

Mission

The Hardware Testing Analyst is responsible for planning, designing, and executing hardware test activities for electronic and mechanical systems in compliance with quality management procedures. The role contributes to ensuring product reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance through rigorous testing, analysis, and continuous improvement.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Reproduce reported issues and failures.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on engineer with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Hands-on experience of 3-5 years in designing and executing verification and validation testing activities.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems.
• Experience can come from various industries, including healthcare, electronics, automotive, industrial equipment, or electro-mechanical products.
• Dynamic, analytical, and critical thinker with the ability to challenge development assumptions and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience with tools such as Jama and Jira is considered an asset.
• Experience with reliability testing.
• You have the ability to interpret technical documentation, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations related to electrical equipment safety, transportation, medical devices, or similar regulated industries is considered a plus.
